Fashion Wrap Up: H&M and The Olsen’s
H&M’s sister brand COS is coming to Canada, and is projecting to launch its Toronto location this fall at 85 Bloor Street in Yorkville (previously home to Tiffany & Co.). The brand also plans to open a location in Montreal at 1310 Ste. Catherine W. COS follows many of the same style trends as H&M, mostly keeping to the minimalistic-chic we love.
Photos from AGO’s annual Massive Party that was held on April 23rd has been cropping up online, flaunting some of Toronto’s best street style. The part attracted more than 2,000 attendees for a night of fashion, art, and revelry.
After long being under attack for racy comments on their target audience, mega-brand Abercrombie & Fitch has recently announced their plans to revamp the brand’s image, ditching the racy male models and discriminatory standards. The brand is hoping to be revitalized by changing their formerly strict hiring policies to be more inclusive, and readjusting its marketing.
Eternal It-Girls Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have been in the news recently with the announcement that there will be a Full House reunion in the form of a Netflix mini-series, Fuller House. We hope this means that little Michelle will be all grown up and dressed head to toe in Chanel.
